Sometimes I don't use a headset for that one, because the call volume isn't very high. I just answer the phone when it rings. The other company is like a chat line. I have to call and log in, then record a greeting. After I record a greeting, I have to scroll through the greetings recorded by the men on the line and leave a message. So I wear the headset and push the buttons on the cordless handset to navigate the menu. I'm logged in and on the phone the entire time.
